Our Products
Our direct
part marking
systems utilize the latest technologies including: laser marking, micro
percussion (pin marking systems) and ink marking. Our laser
marking/engraving equipment, scribe marking systems, dot peen marking
systems and other industrial marking equipment can mark the following
materials including but not limited to: steel, stainless steel,
carbide steel, aluminum, titanium, anodized aluminum, ceramics, powder
coated metals, alumina, copper, gold, chrome plating, poly propylene,
polyethylene, polycarbonate, glass filled nylon, ABS, HMWPE,
polyurethane, PTFE, PVC.... These systems will mark human and
machine readable codes that include: 2D symbologies, linear
barcodes, alpha/numberic text and logos.
Our sensor solutions include
technologies that can be embedded into OEM applications and include:
pressure sensors, temperature sensors, linear & rotary position
sensors, load cells, accelerometers, and piezo film. Our
industrial sensor technologies are utilized in manufacturing processes
and include the following: pressure transducers, non contact
temperature sensors (infrared/pyrometers), laser displacement sensors,
LVDT's, torque transducers, load cells, time-of-flight long range
distance sensors, accelerometers, line scan lasers, eddy sensors,
capacitive sensors, vision systems, and draw-wire sensors (string pots).
Our testing and monitoring
solutions include: force vs. distance press monitoring, leak
testing, torque testing, NVH testing and vision/optical
inspection. These systems will not only find defects but also
point to root causes that can be corrected and ultimately eliminate
problems before they occur.
